Location was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. The overall aesthetic was attractive and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The drinks from the rooftop bar were fantastic. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast menu.

Absolutely loved the location. Walking distance to downtown and right next door to the Ohio Club! Also really liked how quiet the area seemed at night.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant that was on site. Service was good and the menus were interesting. We loved everything we ordered. The hotel was near other points of interest to include the National Park and Bath Houses and were very easy to get to. Valet parking was quite reasonable.

Room was very clean and well put together - the property was on point for an authentic experience with the hallways and tiles evoking a much earlier period in time.

First of all from the moment we arrived for check in, Ms Lynn at the desk, what an absolute doll!! Terrific smile and personality. We were there for a girls weekend, and the Waters were able to get our rooms close together. Garrett and Ashley and Kat at the Roof Top grill, super sweethearts!! Awesome drinks. The pulled pork nachos, delicious!!The location was great for us, because it was directly located from bathhouse row for our spa day. Valet staff super courteous. We appreciate your staff for providing a relaxing atmosphere.
